FInal Exam:
This semester of Broadcast Practicum was a bit of a struggle for me. Due to alot of physical illnesses, constantly fainting and many family deaths, I did not feel fully commited to my Broadcast family. This semester, I showed up to all the meetings for Interlachen and Wellness TV. I was aware of times for shootings and tried to make myself avaliable but my class schedule would clash with shootings.
Having gained alot of expericnce my first semester, I was sad I didn't get to be as involved this semester. I realized I should have dropped Practicum when I could have, but I wanted to prove myself wrong that I could gain hours. I have about 16 hours for this semester, and I'm disaspointed in myself.
I spent last night in the ER and I was reflecting over this year. I can not wait to come back in the Fall and help the freshman just like Shannah, Cynthia and Dakota guided me this year. I was very blessed to have the class of 2012 teach me everything there is to know about the different productions. I'm very proud of Michelle who had a big job to fill this semester. I wish I got to work with her more. Happily, I recieved the Hall Communication scholarship for this year. Due to my "dedicate and passion for this field" I was granted $1,000. I also will be interning for the Atlantic City Press back at home this summer. Even though I had alot of struggles this semester, I can't wait to come back strong in the Fall and make our productions even better.
